Grants

CWFW’s 2025-2026 fiscal year grant application is now open. Through this application, organizations can apply to receive funds to help with water purification projects. The Board will review applications and award funds as deemed fit.

The Board of Directors of Clean Water for the World has decided to postpone the grantmaking process as of January 2026. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Board of Directors is taking time to clarify internal procedures prior to committing funds and time to completing the grant-making process. The Board of Directors appreciates your patience as we navigate this process internally.

The text below is informational only while the grant process is paused. We are not accepting applications while the grant process is paused.

Please read the instructions on the grant application and ensure your organization can and does comply. A list of our values can be found here. No influence will be given to organizations who have submitted past project work to be included in CWFW’s Annual Appeal. The CWFW Board voted on the following for grant priorities for their 2025-2026 fiscal year: Our grant strategy for the ‘25-’26 fiscal year will focus on maintaining the existing CWFW purifiers, promoting education on the importance of hygiene, sanitation and how to keep water clean, and holistic and equitable approaches to clean water access for communities.
